With over twelve years of experience in the Recruiting/Staffing industry, Arlene Hamdan started Hamdan Resources in 2016. As the President & CEO of Hamdan Resources, Mrs. Hamdan is responsible for managing day to day operations and assures smooth functioning of the organization.
Prior to assuming full-time responsibility at Hamdan Resources, Mrs. Hamdan worked as a Technical Recruiter both in Corporate and Agency settings. Her experience diversified her background and led her into management, earning her role as Recruiting Manager for iCore Networks in McLean, VA.
She was brought into the organization to establish their recruiting department, implement best practices and put forth in motion a Talent Acquisition program focused on employee recognition and development. Through her contributions she became Director of Staffing, HR & Administration and was an intricate part of the Executive team that positioned iCore Networks to be acquired by Vonage in 2015. Following the acquisition, she became a Client Facing Recruiter for Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting their Joint Combatant Command group. Mrs. Hamdan holds B.S. in International Business from George Mason University.
